Of course, I make it my duty to be as accessible and available to my clients as is reasonably possible. I am always available via inbox, whether I am online or not via the IMVU app. However, I ask that you respect my time and life on IMVU, just as I will yours. I, too, have responsibilities outside of the clinic. Thus, I prefer to be contacted via inbox message before I am pulled to a room.
On my end, it goes without saying that it is a great priority, as your doctor, to always be punctual and present at your appointments. However, on your end, as a person who is interested in your maternity care, it is your responsibility to attend your appointments. It is not my responsibility to pull you to your appointment. However, I will be sure to send 'appointment reminders' to you before your appointment time. When that is done, it is your responsibility to make it to the clinic. This also applies to all other types of appointments, whether they be Lamaze sessions, Spa sessions or Workshop sessions. Also, if you cannot find the any of the clinic rooms, you can contact me via inbox within the first 15 minutes of your appointment time, and in such a circumstance, I will pull you to the room in question. While I do understand that real life circumstances arise that may cause both you and I to be tardy to some appointments, communication is needed so that neither your nor my time is taken for granted. Thus, you will be allowed a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time to attend. After this time has elapsed and if I still have not received word from you, your appointment for that day will be deemed as cancelled. This also applies to all other types of appointments, whether they be Lamaze sessions, Spa sessions or Workshop sessions. Of course, you can contact me when you become available, but this will only be to reschedule of your appointment...not to begin your appointment or session whenever you get online. This is because I have several clients with appointment times of their own, along with other responsibilities. On my end, I will be sure to contact you, the client, beforehand if I am unable to make the appointment at the set time. Please read this carefully. The general policy is that refunds are NOT available. A refund will not be granted, especially in circumstances where the personal relationship between the couple has changed or where the client has decided not to proceed with the pregnancy. At the same time, however, refunds may be granted according to the discretion of the doctor, or where there has been evidence of great failure on the part of the doctor to carry out her services. In such a circumstance, the full sum will not be granted. A fee of 2,500 credits will be subtracted for every appointment or session that was held. Thus the refund will be determined by what was already done. While I do understand that you may want your friends and family members to attend your appointments, no more than two persons are allowed to accompany you at your appointments. This is to eliminate unnecessary lag at the clinic. Also, while at the clinic, kbs are to be no higher than 3,000. We ask that kbs are lowered BEFORE entering the clinic, as lowering while in the clinic causes lag. Persons (mainly guests) who are higher will be asked to leave. So too, absolutely NO loud voice-boxes, actions, stomps and NO explicit language is to be used at the clinic. Persons who fail to comply will be asked to leave the clinic, or will be removed therefrom. It is the responsibility of the client inform Dr. Chino of any changes to their IMVU username as soon as possible. It is difficult to reach you, the client, when your name has been changed without notice, since the doctor will be unable to find you for the purposes of reminders and other relevant correspondence. Also, if the username has been changed without notice, any items that are created that may require usernames - such as birth certificates, birth announcement cards, etc. - will be made using the original username provided. Any subsequent changes will be at your own expense (1,000 cr. per item). Of course, should I be changing my username, my clients will be duly informed. The hours of operation at Golden Blessings Maternity Clinic are as follows: Mondays: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. EST Tuesdays: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. EST Wednesdays: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. EST Thursdays: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. EST Fridays: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. EST Saturdays: Make-up Appointments only (up to 1 p.m. EST) Sundays: CLOSED NOTE: These hours of operation are most relevant to walk-in clients. Those clients who have already scheduled appointment times with Dr. JChino, your arrangements remain as they are. |
